He was predeceased by: his son Sam Pine; his parents, Orville Heyen and Neola Ruth Heyen; and his former wife Carole Whitlock. He is survived by: his spouse Fay Heyen; his children, Ronald Heyen (Kim), Beth Moon (Kirk), Scott Heyen (Michelle), Todd Heyen (Mary Jo), Kathy Ramsey (Reddog), Alan Pine (late Gloria), Joyce Michael and Susan Stonerock; and his close friends, Norb and Dorothy Whittle. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
