Passed peacefully on July 26, 2023 at the age of 83. She is reunited with her beloved husband Chester and her cherished son Scott. Loving mother of Cheryl (Michael) Rocheleau, Wendy (James) Herzfeldt, Bryon (Gayle) Woerishofer and Bradley (Angela) Woerishofer. Proud grandmother of Colton, Nick, Adriana, Gabe, Gwen and Maggie. Great-grandmother of Dimitri. Sister of Patricia (the late Wayne) Viereck, the late Karen (Joe) Nagy and Jackie (Mike) Fryt. Sister-in-law of Charlene (Tom Bluma) Brandenburg and Catherine (the late Charles) Woerishofer.

Visitation will be Friday August 18, 2023 at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 11am until time of memorial service at 2pm.

Betty was a very loving and giving member of her Tuesday Women's Group for many years. The family would like to acknowledge and appreciate this group for all the love and support they gave to their beloved mother. She was also a lifelong supporter of the culinary arts and proud supporter of Culver's.

The family would like to thank Betty's wonderful friends and staff at Grace Commons and staff at Horizon Hospice, especially Nikki, Julie, and Amanda, for their kindness and compassionate care.

Memorials in Betty's name to the Children's Wisconsin (giving.childrens.org) would be greatly appreciated.

“I was very saddened to hear of Betty's passing. You all have my sincere condolence, she was a very special person. She and Chet were members of St. Luke in Slinger and that is how I got to know her. Since Betty moved to the falls we didn't get to talk too much but always planned to do lunch. Unfortunately, that never happened.
