Barbara Ann Sedgwick Obituary
(nee Myers) Of Menomonee Falls. Barbara left peacefully amid her family to be with her God and to reunite with the love of her life, Wayne. Their union in 1953 led to a full life of deep love and caring for each other and their ample family. When they heard "go forth and multiply" they complied. Barbara leaves 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her dearly. Barbara was a founding member of The Prince of Peace Church of Menomonee Falls. She spent countless hours working there mimeographing bulletins, volunteering on the Woman's Guild, and helping in any other way she could. She had boundless energy. She was also very active in support of the Wisconsin National Guard.
Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband Wayne Sedgwick: her parents, Harold and Adeline Myers (nee Kollath); her brothers, Harold, Wayne, Jim, Charles (Chuck); her sister Cindy; her in-laws Sidney and Elsie Sedgwick (nee Joecks) Audrey and Fritz Krueger, Don and Carol Sedgwick, and Ann Myers; her cousin Judith Thompson.
She leaves behind her children: Robin (Jennie) Sedgwick, Roxanne (Keith) Wood, Ross (Pat) Sedgwick, Bambi (Al) Schilling, Grant (Susan) Sedgwick, Kimberly Willer (Richard Garcia), Shawn (Amy) Sedgwick. She also says goodbye to her brother Gene and her in-laws Lorry Myers, Betty Myers, Sharon Myers, and numerous relatives. As Tina Turner said, "You're simply the best.". May you spread love in heaven the same way you did here.
