Allen Braeger Jr. Obituary

Allen entered his new life of peace on the first day of spring, March 20, 2023, joining his mother Carol and his loving niece Michelle. He is survived by his loving father Allen Sr.; his caring sisters Julie (Robert) Severson and Jean Braeger (Steve Schwartz); his beloved niece and nephews Samantha, Branden, and Joshua; his uncle Sherman; his aunt Darlene; his cousins Robert, Gary and Lynn; and other family and friends.

Allen was a mall security guard at Brookfield Square who performed many duties from patrolling the premises to checking surveillance cameras. He would remove those who posed a threat to contacting law enforcement when required. He loved keeping the crowd safe.

Allen had many endearing qualities. His favorite pastime was his music, whether playing his guitar or harmonica. He also had a love of the stars and the constellations.

Allen, humble and warm hearted, a jolly old soul who will be missed deeply by all his loved ones.

A memorial service for Allen will be held at a later date.

But as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.
