He is survived by: his brother Michael Owen; and his children, Sharon McKilligin (Michael), Wendy Paul (Philip), Anthony Owen, Kelly Birschbach (Alan) and Nikia Castro (José). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
