He was predeceased by: his father Birdell Johnson; his siblings, Virginia Roussin (Bob), Eileen Pietrowski, Carol Mueller (Norman), June Sannes (Ray), Marjorie Moehring (Fritz), Warren Johnson (Peachie), Emery Johnson (Marie), Gordon Johnson (Beatrice), Kenneth Johnson (Doris), Darold Johnson and Ronald Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Pagel and James Wunderlich.
He is survived by: his children, Marlene Marks (Roger), Mark Johnson, Marvin Johnson and Mary Johnson (Rob Jackson) of Rotonda West, Florida; his grandsons, Andrew Marks of Fort Collins, CO and Nathaniel "Bud" Marks (Julie) of Hartville, Ohio; his great grandchildren, River and Beckett Marks; his fiancée Barbara Abhold; his sisters, Marilyn Pagel and Nancy Wunderlich; and his sister-in-law Helen Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Winchester Historical Society, Grace Lutheran Church, or to Norse Valley Lodge 5-491 for scholarships in Bob's name.
