He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Tews; his wife Roseann Koslowski; his parents-in-law, Dave and Bernice Koslo; his brother Jack; and his brother-in-law Tim Koslowski.
He is survived by: his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Pam Tews of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Lindsey and Lauren; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Steve McQuin of Beaver Dam; and his children, Chloe and Calvin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, in Dick's name.
