He is survived by: his wife Mary Gaschler; his daughters, Shawn Gaschler (Jeffrey Morsch) and Jodi O'Brien (Sean); his grandchildren, Jordan Polar, MacKenzie Gaschler, Ruby Polar, Andrew Payne (Leora), Alysah O'Brien and Logan O'Brien; his great grandchildren, Aria Payne and Londyn Payne; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Gaschler, Lu Keddell and Lynn Reinhart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
