He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Pack of Menasha, Gerald "Jerry" Pack, Jr. of Menasha, Larry Pack (Kim) of Neenah and Terry Pack (Amy) of Neenah; his grandchildren, Danielle Martell (Jon), Brieanna Hietpas (Logan), Logan Pack (Serenity Driscoll), Jadelyn Pack (Blake Lytle), Brandon, Connor, Aiden, Lucas, Nathan, Noah Pack and Taten Grimm; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Easton and Serendipity. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
