He was predeceased by: his children, Donavin Hoffman and Justin Hoffman; his granddaughter Kitana Hoffman; and his siblings, Gloria Kreisler and Rosemary Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Matthew Hoffman; his grandchildren, Krista Hoffman, Dakota Smith and Konner Hoffman; and his siblings, Samuel Jack Hoffman, Heidi Milleville (Marvin), Margaret Daniels, Helene Alexander and Jean Mueller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
