He is survived by: his wife Peggy of Menominee, Michigan; his children, Paul Schroud (Wanona) of Germantown, Wisconsin, Peter Schroud (Tanya) of Hudsonville, Michigan and Meaghan Lieburn (Mark) of Rochester, Minnesota; his grandchildren, McKenzie Schroud, Xavier Schroud, Corinne Kowalsky, Autumn Kowalsky and Brynn Schroud of Germantown, Wisconsin; his children, Isabel, Oliver Schroud of Hudsonville, Michigan, Edith, Milo and Amara Lieburn of Rochester, Minnesota.; and his siblings, Tom Schroud (Mary) of Madison, Wisconsin, Connie Skalitzky of Marshall, Wisconsin and Barbara Thomas of Evanston, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
