We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 44, Kara M. Crook of Mazomanie, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Cockroft. She is survived by: her children, Gianna and Nadia; her father James Crook; her siblings, Michael Crook (Lydia) and Keely Crook; and her nieces, Ariana, Chloe and Adalynn.
Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of life will be planned at a later date, and we will announce this information on Facebook.
