She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Adolph Scheberl and Agnes Scheberl (Adelmeyer); her husband Willard Mattson; her children, Penny Kempfer (Larry) of Mayville, Jamie Wilson (Jay) of Mills River, Guy Mattson (Nadeane) of Mayville and Monte Mattson (Mary Beth) of Iola; her close friend Merlin Tamminga of Horicon; and her sister Lila May Grabow (Lee) of Benson, AZ.. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 10- great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
