He was predeceased by: his parents, William Happe and Lottie Happe (Albrecht); and his siblings, Rowene Tanner and Harland Happe. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bullock; and his children, Theresa Fischer (Simon) of Chili, Bill Happe (Ruth) of Chili and Dave Happe (Charity) of Chili. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
