He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carl and Olga Katherine Meyers (Larson); his wife Greta Mary Gripentrog; his siblings, Donald Meyers and Janece Benedetto; and his parents-in-law, Herb Gripentrog (Sue), Neale Gripentrog (Eunice), Ray Gripentrog and Earl Gripentrog.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Ann Meyers, Michael Meyers (Bonnie), Justin Meyers (Faith), Elizabeth Garton (Will), Mark Meyers (Lynn), Plattville, Matthew Meyers (Heidi), Ryan Meyers, Sara Meyers, Thomas Meyers (Susan), Kale Kernz (Holly Thomson), Jordan Meyers (Joseph Meyers), Jacob Meyers, Steven Jr. Meyers (Alexandra), Brittany Meyers (Andy), Rachel Meyers (Cal) and Kendra Meyers (Evan); and his siblings-in-law, Ted Gripentrog (Ardene), Judy Fleming (Dee) of Henderson, NV, Karen Meyers, Trudy Gripentrog, Jo Gripentrog of Los Angeles, CA and Babs Hintz. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested support in his name of the North Wood County Historical Society, Our Lady of Peace Church or Columbus Catholic Schools.
