He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Meyer and Catherine Meyer (Stein); his children, Margaret, Timothy and Steven; and his siblings, Elizabeth Barnes and Leroy Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Meindl; his children, Catherine James (Rob) of Redmond, WA, Michael Meyer (Lisa) of Hancock, MI and David Meyer (Bonnie) of Marshfield; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth James, Ian James, Andrew Meyer, Theresa Meyer, Carli Meyer and Ellie Meyer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dick's name to the local Ronald McDonald House, Hope Lodge, or House of the Dove in Marshfield.
