He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Link and Alice Link (Raeder); his wife Mary J. Neidlein; and his siblings, Milton, Edgar, Gerald Link and Marie Hager.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Link (Heidi) of Marshfield and Sandy Weber (Chris Gagliano) of Blue River; his grandsons, Alex Derfus (Megan Punzenberger) of Wausau and Max Weber of Spencer; and his sisters, Florence Hastreiter (Anthony) of Marshfield and Lauralee Lenz of Marshfield. He is also survived by his companion cat "Tommy" along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting memorials in Ray's name for a charity to be chosen later.
