He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahl Nelson and Clara Nelson (Fagernes); his daughters, Lori, Anne, Diane and Catherine; his grandchildren, Robby, Ariel and Nicole; his siblings, Orlyn Nelson and Vida Stillman; and his brother-in-law Ralph Stillman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kuehni; and his children, Craig Nelson of Olympia Island, WA, Cynthia Kieper (William) of Madison, Chris Nelson of St. Cloud, MN, Carol Maki (Jim) of Curtiss and Chad Nelson (Erika) of Madison. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; his 6 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
