He is survived by: his wife Rita Mayala; his children, Jennifer Marutiak of Marshfield, James Hollingsworth of Waukegan, Leslie Habjan (Bruce) of Lake Bluff, IL and Mitchell Hollingsworth of Key West, FL.; and his grandsons, Peter Marutiak, Jeffrey and Alex Habjan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
