She is survived by: her father Jerome Blum; her husband Sam Simms; her brothers, Jeffrey Blum, Madison and Jonathan Blum (Wendy); her nieces, Amelia and Adeline Blum; her mother-in-law Helen Simms of West Peoria, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Yentes of West Peoria, IL and Nancy Simms. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and friends.
