She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Ann Itzen (LaVern) of Pittsville; her stepson David Claybaugh of Monroe, WI; her grandchildren, Jeff Itzen (Sheila) of Hayward, WI, Jeanne Loken (Steve) of Marshfield, Julie Freeck (Tim) of Marshfield, Loren York of Greenville, SC and Tom LaVack of Milwaukee, WI; her great grandchildren, Jessica Itzen, Nike Itzen, Marlee Freeck, Ashley LaVack, Emily LaVack, Jake LaVack and Hayley LaVack; her great great grandchildren, Benjamin Itzen and Lincoln Adler; and her siblings, Grace Kubs, Bernice Welch, Betty Trudeau and Bob Faber.
