We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Gertrude M. Blackwood (Marshfield, Wisconsin), born in Colby, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Bauer and Veronica Bauer (Beyerl); her husband Harry Blackwood; her son-in-law Daniel Hoffman; and her son Michael Blackwood.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Blackwood (Mary) of Oshkosh and Patricia Hoffman of Marshfield; and her daughter-in-law Judith Blackwood. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to the Ors and staff of 6N and Palliative Care for the compassionate care during this COVID 19 crisis allowing them to be with her during her final hours.
