He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol; his children, Krisan Stroetz (Dennis), Julie McHugh (Dan), Jay Schlagenhaft (Lisa Massey) and Tom Schlagenhaft (Julie); his grandchildren, Dane Stroetz (Jenny), Erika Beining (Travis), Anna Stichert (Damon), Erin Swift (Dan), Kristi Stengel (Kevin), Jenna Holm (Bill), Megan Bell (Matt), Tori (Chris Pawlowski), Jacey and Tia Schlagenhaft; his stepgrandchildren, Brett, Dayne and Gavin Massey; his great grandchildren, Derek, Drew, Jake Stroetz, Oliver Beining, Harper, Kellen Swift, Hugh, Lucy Stengel, D. J. Baus, Allie and Marcus Bell; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Paityn, Aiden and Roan Holm; his siblings, Charles, Paul Schlagenhaft, Rita Smithson (James) and Jane Conrad (Mike); and his brother-in-law Bob Kratcha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
