She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Fravert and Anne Fravert (Dittner Dahl); her husband Norman M. Kasper; her brothers, Ed Fravert and Lee Fenhouse; and her son-in-law Steve Krause.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Kasper (Gregory Alexander) of Easton, MD, Julie Beyreis (Corey) of Spencer and Glen Kasper (Pam) of Tomah; her grandchildren, Patrick Krause (Brooke), Daniel Krause (Sarah), Katie Reinwand (Justin), Michael Krause (Sara), Brandon Kasper and Astin Kasper; her great grandchildren, Jaela, Khiah, Vander Krause, Rayna, Will Reinwand and Lily Krause; and her siblings, Loretta Driscoll (James) of Fond, Lac, Darla Smith of Spencer and Duwayne Fravert of Marshfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are being accepted in Carol's name to Spencer United Methodist Church or the Lucille Tack Center for the Arts.
