He is survived by: his wife Gayle Trzebiatowski of Iola, WI; his children, Jerald Trzebiatowski (Karen) of Nelsonville, WI and Jodi Parrish (Scott) of Farmington Hills, MI; his grandchildren, James, Katelyn and Justin Parrish of Farmington Hills, MI; his sisters, Juanita Nott (Lindy) and Carol Lea (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, David Anderson (Sandy) and Jane Bohm (Gerold). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
