He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kitchel Clark and Helen Clark (Martin); his wife Patty Jean Clark; his children, Martin L. Clark, Steven James Clark and Cheryl Macy (Clark); and his brother Harry.
He is survived by: his sister Laura June Zoerner of California. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
