She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton E. Yahr and Jean Yahr (Anderson); and her brother Ronald Yahr. She is survived by: her husband Elmer; her children, Lynn Dunham (Linda), Beverly Shaffer (Robert "Doc") and Sally Zeits (Roger); her grandsons, Eric McLean (Kelley), Benjamin Zeits (Katelyn), Mark Zeits (Melinda), Timothy Zeits and Paul Zeits (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Sophia McLean, James, William Zeits, Alice and Emma Zeits; her siblings, Marion Yahr (June), Gerald Yahr (Clarie) and Karen Yahr; and her sister-in-law Nancy Yahr.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Grawn Fire Dept., Interlochen Center for the Arts or to the Cherryland Humane Society.
