She was predeceased by: her mother Joanne D. Radies (Frailing); and her grandparents, Reno, Elva Frailing, Reinhardt and Joyce Radies.
She is survived by: her husband Kyle; her children, Leighten Fischer and Kal Fischer; her father Ronald Radies; and her brother Rick Radies (Melissa).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jackie's name are preferred to be directed to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
