He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Frazier and Mary M. Frazier of Marion. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Williams Frazier; his daughter Allison Roberts; and his siblings, James Frazier, Mary Rehn, Geoffrey Frazier and Mathew Frazier.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Fellow Mortals in Lake Geneva, WI or Rivers and Bluffs Animal Shelter in Prairie du Chien.
