He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" Fifarek; and his son Scottie John Fifarek. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Fifarek (Hanson); his wife Rhonda; his son Christopher Fifarek; and his siblings, Jim Fifarek (Anita) and Cathy Urbanek.
