He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Milbach and Margurite Milbach; his brother-in-law Dennis Hazaert; and his brother Michael Milbach. He is survived by: his sister Susie Hazaert; his nieces and nephews, Michael Eland, John, Michelle Eland, Chrise Eland, Rebecca and Adrian Gamboa; his close friend Melinda Johnson; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by his sister and family and friends.
