She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Yeske and Hazel Yeske (Thurston); her son David Chmela; her son-in-law Thomas Beyer; and her siblings, Alfred Yeske and Vivian Sallgren.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Chmela; her children, Mike Chmela (Linda), Linda Christensen (Russ), Kenneth Chmela (Denise), Mary Beyer, Amy Vanko (Matthew) and Betty Jansen; and her grandchildren, Michele, Tina, Michael, Jr., Nick, Tami, Becky, Bill, Teri, Matthew, Nathan, Angie, Vicky, Katrina, Kelly, Shannon, Amanda, Josh, Dylan, Calvin, Isaac and Chase. She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; along with nieces and nephews.
