She was predeceased by: her husband Larry of Menominee, MI.; her parents, Lloyd Johnson and Eleanor Johnson; and her sister Judith Mackie (Courtney). She is survived by: her friend Susan (Richard Chamberlin); her children, Rick Chamberlin (Amy) and Teresa Prusinsky (Michael); her stepson Patrick Uhlig (Lisa); her grandchildren, Hattie Chamberlin and Samuel Chamberlin (Kaisey); her nephews, Phil Griebel (Becky) and Garin Griebel (Julie); and her sister-in-law Diane Bourgeois. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Janie asked that family and friends consider a gift in her name to Menominee Animal Shelter, Inc. or The Humane Society .
