He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Anderson and Louise Anderson (Zimmer); his wife Donna Dionne; his son Charles Westmoreland; his brothers, Dave Anderson and Gerald Anderson; and his granddaughters, Brittany and Marissa.
He is survived by: his daughter Angella Karman (Gary) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Gabe Westmoreland (Ezra) and Corey Westmoreland; his great grandchild Adelyn Westmoreland; his brother Bill Anderson of Minnesota; his sister-in-law Sandy Anderson of Minnesota; and his pet Gizzy. He is also survived by Foster children, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
