He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl A. Borley and Dorothy M. Borley (Dart); his sisters, Beverly Fett and Janice Hamachek (Richard); and his brothers-in-law, Gary VandenHouten, Donald Charles and Rodney Retzlaff (Ruth).
He is survived by: his wife Faith A. Retzlaff; his children, Dawn Borley, Rhonda Zirbel (Robert) and Adam Borley (Sara); his grandson Don James Van Lieshout; his stepgrandsons, Alex Marcussen and Vance DeKeyser; his siblings, Jim Borley (Sue), Judy VandenHouten, Elaine Jeanquart (Duane), Jillaine Charles and Nancy Wertel (Carl); and his siblings-in-law, Chris Buhr (Dale), Paula Demeny (Larry), Gayla Borley (Steve), Donna LeCloux, Diane Kleinman (Scott) and Gary Fett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
