He was predeceased by: his fathers, Floyd Turner and Wilber Miller; his former wife Hazel R. Miller; his children, Linda P. Cote and Dennis R. Miller; and his grandson Jeff Ganz.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Pat Miller; his daughters, Evelyn Bayne (late Raymond) and Jill Connolly (Edward); his daughter-in-law Debra Miller; and his grandchildren, Tim Luster, Julie Ganz-Waple, Tracy Boudreau, Todd Luster, Dan Miller, Melissa Shipley, Elizabeth Bayne, David Belknap, Trever Cote, Dustin Belknap and Jamie Fieser. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Forrest's memory may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America or to the Michigan Masonic Home in Alma, Michigan.
