He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Devine and Virginia I. Devine (Corgan); and his daughter Victoria Devine. He is survived by: his former wife Deanna L. Clark; his daughters, Shannon Devine of Lenoir City, TN, Erin Devine of Delavan, WI and Kristyn Devine of Mukwonago, WI; and his sister Lori Williams (John) of Sterling, IL. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, other relatives and friends.
