He was predeceased by: his father Daniel "Elwood" Phelps; and his stepmother Carmen Phelps. He is survived by: his daughter Jayden Gilman (Ethan Tappendorf); his grandson Elliot; his significant other Kristy Mossman; his children, Alex Mossman (Catherine) and Zach Mossman (Taylor); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Link, Harper and Isabelle Mossman (Ty Robinson); his mother Julie Siddons (Barry); and his siblings, Tom Phelps (Gina), Teri Banks (Chris), Marshall Siddons (Molly), Holly Berger (John), Eric Siddons, David Siddons (Tonya), Rebecca O'Neill, Ben Schmeckpeper (Amy) and Bob Schmeckpeper (Kayla). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
