He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Smith and Mildred Smith (Barger); his former wife Mary Lou Irmis; and his wife Laura Lundgren. He is survived by: his sons, Perry Smith (Lisa) of Tucson, AZ and Tim Smith (Patti) of Kiel; his brother Ed Smith (Diane) of Downers Grove, IL; and also, John and Patsy Marks. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
