He is survived by: his children, Dawn and Jane; his son-in-law Dawn; his son Danny Melnarik of Kewaunee; his grandchildren, Emmit, Sawyer, Kellin Pribek, Will, Kati, Nathan Melnarik and Missy Melnarik; his siblings, David Melnarik (Tina) of Oconto, Dennis Melnarik of Green Bay, Faye Willems (Larry), DePere Melnarik, Diane Melnarik and Green Bay; and also, Jamie Rivers, Jane Pribek and Mike Pribek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
