She is survived by: her spouse Emil Ledvina; her sons, Bob and Robert Ledvina; her daughter-in-law Sandy Ledvina of Pilsen; her grandchildren, Kay L. Prendergast PhD (Brian), Scott Ledvina and Todd Ledvina (Tracy); her great grandchildren, Ashley Paplham (Dave), Travis Ledvina (Tiffany), Tanner Ledvina (Nicole), Jordan Ledvina (Sarah), Jared Ledvina and Alaina Ledvina; her sister Emily Johnson; and her sister-in-law Irene S. Ledvina.
