He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Puckett; his father-in-law James Gathings; his grandmother Ramer of Nevada; and his aunts, Sue White, Judy Cobian and Linda Hogan.
He is survived by: his father David Puckett; his wife Holly Siewert; his mother-in-law Bonnie Gathings; his siblings, Arthur Siewert (Tammy Siewert), Melissa Puckett, Barbra Thiry (Travis Thiry), Sean Siewert (Jessica Siewert) and William Siewert; his children, James Siewert (Hannah Vollendorf) and Diana Siewert (Nardarion Townsend); his grandchild Nardarion Townsend Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Desirae, Cheyanne, Wyatt, Destini, Jason, Braden, Kynlee, Keira, Anthony, Emma, Kiya and Damon; and his great-nephews, Alex and Edwin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
