We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2024, at the age of 90, Edwin R. Scheckel (Kenosha, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Edwin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Edwin. Though Edwin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Scheckel and Martha Scheckel (Lewig); and his brother Leo "Bob". He is survived by: his wife Margaret Scheckel; and his children, Debra Honore (Jeffrey), Barbara Uhlenhake (LeRoy), David Scheckel (Pam), Brian Scheckel (Dennette), Jane Romanowski (Gary) and Joanne Riemer (Scheckel). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, his 22 great grandchildren and his five sisters and two brothers.
