He is survived by: his wife Barbara Haese; his children, Leanne Van Rossum (Tim), Paula Long (Timothy), Jeffrey Eis (Kristin) and Christopher Eis (Missy); his grandchildren, Nicole Kahler (Zaland Wardak), Evan Kahler, Brandon Kahler, Jessica Van Rossum, Ashley, Brad Bodwin, Devin, Connor Long, Franklin, Jackson Eis, BreAnna, David White, Kailey and Zack Treml; his sisters, Marilyn Zahorik, Elaine Hallada (Carl), Judy Rademacher (Greg) and Geraldine Heran; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Eis, Sandra Haese, Margaret Walkner (Robert), William Haese (Casey), Gwen Haese and Patricia Theyerl. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for the American Heart Association.
