He was predeceased by: his parents, Roseanne Verboomen and Clarence Verboomen; his parents-in-law, Lauretta and Wilbert Goffard; his brothers, Kenny and Nicky; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Goffard, Ralph Goffard and Joseph Goffard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Goffard); his sons, Jason (Beth), Scott (Amy), Phil (Shannon) and Matthew (Carrie); his grandchildren, Riley, Chase, Alexis, Leo, Raymond, Lucas, Lincoln, Alyce, Wesley and Colby; his siblings, Dave (Mary), Bill (Diane), Little Chute, Wayne (Marianne), Dan (Doris), Marty, Sue Vanevenhoven (Bill), Rose Chaudoir (Dave) and Mary Ann Rohan (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Goffard (Kathy), Alice Goffard and Helen Goffard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
