She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Martzahl (Skalmusky). She is survived by: her father Paul Martzahl; her children, Dana (Jill) and Stephen; her husband Darin Worsch; her grandson Reid; her siblings, Paula (Randy), Bill and Jason (Tina); her pet Piper; and her nieces and nephews, Willie, Chris (Kendra), Sarah (Mitch), Griffin and Liberty. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
