He is survived by: his wife Carol Zuehl; his children, Kevin Micke (Shari Vander Linden), Kendall Micke (Tina) and Kim Micke (Pat De Gaynor); his grandchildren, Cassie, Sean, Holly, Kyle, Kameron (Amber), Kenny (Kelly) and Kelsey; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Sierra, Bentley, Kyler, Lincoln and Hazel; his sister Joann Verkuilen; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Micke, Del Micke, Michelle Zuehl, Tom Heindel, Bob Zuehl and David Ritchie (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
