She was predeceased by: her father John Platten; her husband Robert Tierney; her son Timothy Tierney; her siblings, Norman, Vernon, Eugene, Jack Platten (Diane), Virginia Zobel (Donald), Florence Platten, Frances Woodke (Bill), Geneva Streblow and Alice Bogenschutz; her siblings-in-law, Linda Buss, John (Janice), Thomas, Dennis (Grace) and Terrance Tierney; her nieces and nephews, Jerry Zobel, John Bogenschutz, Jill Woodke and Sandy Platten; and also Dominic.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Sampson (Greg) and Patricia Tierney; her grandchildren, Tyler Schroeder, Angie Tierney, Jackie Moderson and Ben Moderson; her great grandchildren, Carson and Morgan; her brother Richard Tierney (Barbra); and her siblings-in-law, Eva Biering, Vicky Tierney, Leona, Carol Platten and Mike Buss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
