He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Burke (Cleveland); his wife Jackie Carlson (Lamb); his children, Andrew Carlson and Amy Greenwood (Bryon); his stepmother Edith Carlson; his granddaughter Gracelynn Carlson; his siblings, Peg Repaal (Jeff) and Curt Carlson (Robin); his stepsisters, Deb Verhelst and Linda Hackett (Bill); and his sisters-in-law, Judy McCann (Gerald), Jean Silha (Steve), Joan Oldenburg (Dan) and Jane Fuller (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
