He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Peter Joseph Loizzo (Madeline Short) and Jessica Louise Delaney (Michael); his grandchildren, Frederick Samuel Loizzo, Cooper Covelli Delaney and Hallie Marie Delaney (Due); his siblings, Francis Gregorin (Richard), Thomas Loizzo (Linda) and Joseph Loizzo (Jane); and his in-laws, Claire Loizzo, Artis Aasen, Kristine Stauffacher (Mark), Eric Aasen (Sue), Knute Aasen (Jennifer), Andrew Aasen (Cindi) and Sarah Kern (Danford).
